Scenario-Based Learning

This scenario-based learning experience simulates a performance conversation between a manager and an employee. Following a foundational eLearning on difficult conversations, learners engage in decision-based interactions and receive targeted feedback, with best practices reinforced at the conclusion.

The experience culminates in a manager-led role-play, where learners demonstrate their skills and are evaluated using a structured rubric.
