About Me
My journey into instructional design started in the classroom five years ago, designing lessons for elementary students and teachers; that foundation shaped everything about how I approach learning today. I've taken that same learner-first philosophy into the corporate world, partnering with stakeholders across industries to analyze, design, develop, implement, and evaluate training that drives real results.
My design philosophy is to seek to understand before being understood.
Before I begin to design, I dive deep into the content, the process, the business need, and most importantly, the learners themselves. I believe that truly knowing your audience is the difference between training that gets completed and training that actually sticks.
That curiosity and passion for learning are at the core of everything I do. I don't just want to check a box; I'm driven by the goal of designing relevant and meaningful experiences so that they stick with learners and show up in their everyday work and lives.
