Methodology

The ADDIE model has been a cornerstone of my Instructional Design process. Its utilization provides both structure and flexibility. By conducting a thorough needs analysis, I can analyze the learners and identify clear and measurable goals. This allows me to map out the learning experience in detail and how the learners will be assessed to determine if the objectives have been met. I then take this information to develop eLearning or other delivery methods, utilizing my multimedia skills to ensure the learning is engaging and accessible. I work with SMEs and learners to create an effective and flexible roll-out plan. Collecting feedback through multiple levels of evaluation is critical to ensure both objectives and organizational goals are met.

Creating engaging and fun learning experiences

My previous experience as an educator combined with multimedia experience allows me to create enjoyable and impactful learning experiences. Using platforms such as Storyline, Vyond, and Adobe applications allows me to apply my creative skills to develop interactive tools for learning.
